A Therapist Who Cares

My Goal in Life is to be Better than my Dog Thinks I am

My mission is to help your pet heal. I want them to leave our sessions feeling better, but my priority is their overall health.


 I graduated magna-cum-laud with my Associates of Applied Science degree and my veterinary technician license in 2006 from Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno. 


I worked exclusively as an emergency/critical care nurse which provided me with medical experience beyond the norm. I taught classes in the Veterinary Technology program at Truckee Meadows Community College for 4 years. 

  

I became a patient benefiting from acupuncture and Chinese herbs in 2013/14 while trying to become pregnant with my son. It completely changed my understanding of medicine and opened my eyes to the myriad of modalities available for holistic wellness.


 I graduated in December of 2014 from the Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage in Colorado with a certification for therapeutic massage, sports and athletic massage, and geriatric massage for large and small animals. 


I have studyied ayurvedic medicine, aromatherapy and the benefits of essential oils, Tui-Na, Acutonics, Nutrition Therapy, and Acupressure. 


I am so blessed to be able to marry this knowledge with all that I know about Western medicine and better benefit the animals I am honored to work with.
